Pre Pitched Shipping Policy

Order Processing 

Please allow 1 working day to process your order. You can expect a notification within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way.

Collection

Orders can be collected from our business address in Ashton Vale, or larger items can be collected from our warehouse in Eastville, Bristol by arrangement.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days by courier. Shipping costs vary depending on the goods purchased and charges will be applied at the checkout, or by invoice if applicable. Additional courier charges may apply for Northern Ireland and the British Isles.

Oversized Items Shipping

Oversized items in excess of 25 kg will be delivered by pallet on economy delivery. Price is dependent on the delivery address and will be invoiced separately.  Items can only be prepared and dispatched once payment for shipping has been received. Pallets will be prepared within 48 hours of completed payment, and sent on economy delivery. Next day delivery is available on request.

Delivery times

Goods will be delivered to you within 1-3 days of dispatch, by courier, or within 48 hours of dispatch if by pallet.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays with couriers or pallet networks, for reasons out of our control. Timings above are given under usual circumstances, and in line with the services booked with third parties.

Insurance

All items are insured against loss or damage during shipping.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.  We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the returned item(s).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@prepitched.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
